Google is Giving Away a Nest Mini to people that upgrade their Google One subscription

An email was sent out earlier today to some Google One users using a smaller subscription tier informing them that they would receive a Nest Mini if they upgrade to a higher tier plan. The email said that you must upgrade to the 2tb storage tier. This would also give users the ability to use the new VPN service hosted by Google.

This news is coming after Google announced the end of unlimited high quality Google Photos storage for all users. Google is likely trying to pull people into getting even more storage for the future, making it hard to cancel if you go over the free storage limit.

You can now unlock the NEW Windows 10 Start Menu on any PC!

Any Windows 10 user on the latest stable release can now unlock the updated Start Menu design. No preview program required! Doing this previously required being part of the preview program, but it now seems that it works without. Note, doing this will require some modifications to the registry. Although it works for me without any problems, you may still want to proceed at your own risk. The good part is that its very easy to set up. You can either do this manually, or you can download a .reg file that's provided below.
